In comparison, this product has more antibody binding sites, uses less magnetic beads, has a low non-specific binding rate, and can perform immunoprecipitation experiments conveniently and efficiently.
The ability of immunoprecipitation magnetic beads to bind Human IgG per milliliter can reach more than 300 μg, and a single precipitation reaction only requires 50 μg magnetic beads to complete the detection. The ultra-large specific surface area provided by nanoscale magnetic beads greatly shortens the equilibrium time required for antibody and antigen adsorption.
The antibody adsorption process can be completed within 10 minutes, and the antigen precipitation operation can be completed within 30 minutes. The short operation time avoids hydrolysis of the target protein due to long-term operation, ensuring the activity of the target protein and the integrity of the protein complex.
